Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Work with Children: Engage effectively with children and young people, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure their voices are heard.
- Care and Placement Planning: Develop and implement care and placement plans with a focus on long-term improved outcomes, stability, and meeting individual needs.
- Risk Management: Minimise risk with a methodical, organised approach that ensures safe and appropriate placements.
- Collaboration: Work alongside our Family Group Conference Service, family support workers, and an extensive Early Help Offer to provide comprehensive support to children and families.
What We Offer:
- Contract Stability: A minimum initial contract of 3 months to support continuity for the children and young people you work with.
- Competitive Pay: Up to £42 per hour (Ltd), based on experience.

Essential Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in Children's Social Work, particularly with Children in Care and Looked After Children.
- ASYE Completed: Applicants must have successfully completed their Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).
