If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Children Looked After Team in Knowsley Council. This is a full-time role offering a range upto £44 hourly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and young people in care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in partnership with children, families, and other professionals.
• Provide support and guidance to foster carers and families to promote stability and positive outcomes.
• Advocate for the rights and needs of children and young people, ensuring their voices are heard.
• Monitor and review the progress of children in care, adjusting support as necessary.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation in line with policy and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Social Work England registered
• Social Work Degree or equivalent
• Enhanced DBS

Experience:

• Children's Social Work
