• Salary: £35,000 - £45,416

Responsibilities:

• Work with our children and young people towards making sure their care plans are progressed.
• Promote and support time with family members when safe to do so and help our children and young people understand their experiences and why they became cared for.

To be considered for a role within the Pathways Team, ideally you will have:

• BSc in Social Work or equivalent
• Social Work England registration
• At least 1 year of experience within a similar children's social work setting
