Qualified Social Worker

We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker - Adult's Community Care Team within the UK Social Care industry in Luton.

Responsibilities include:

You will complete professional assessment of need and risk for complex and moderately challenging cases in respect of service users and cases within Luton Borough.

• Undertaking a duty role as necessary and initial assessments
• Ensuring needs are met through negotiation with service users and their carer's and to make sure support plans are persona centred and focused on individuals
• Contribute to the development of Directorate projects or strategic plans and or borough wide and neighbourhood projects

Experience preferred:

• Post qualifying experience of working within a Qualified Social Worker

Minimum Requirements:

• SWE Registration
• 1 year post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
• Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
