Primary or Secondary Teacher

Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum (pro-rata)
Start Date: Easter 2025
Contract Type: Part-Time, Permanent

GSL Education Lincolnshire is recruiting a versatile Primary or Secondary Teacher with the ability to teach both English and Science. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a school's success while maintaining a balanced work-life schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons in English and Science to assigned classes.
• Prepare and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and a love for learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student achievement and well-being.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching English and Science at the appropriate level.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality education and continuous professional development.
