Qualifying Supervisor
Location : Wolverhampton
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Due to continued growth, our clients are looking for a Qualifying Supervisor with experience to join their team, based in Wombourne.
Please only apply if you are electrically qualified and have previous qualifying supervisor experience.
The Role
Management of electrical elements of projects
Liaison and reporting to Contract Manager and clients
Close liaison with inhouse colleagues.
Attend site meetings and communicate with client representatives as required.
Attend site to review progress, installation quality, etc
Identify and raise time/cost variations to contract scope.
Arrange daily / weekly labour and materials
Feed into project programme progress and submit progress reports
Support Contracts Manager with labour and material forecasting
Raise risk assessments and method statements
Ensure compliance with client / PC Quality Assurance processes.
Act as Qualifying Supervisor for NICEIC certification.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience on the tools as a qualified electrician is essential.
Experience in electrical contracting in the domestic sector.
SMSTS qualification would be preferred.
BSth edition qualification would be preferred.
Competent with Microsoft Excel and word
Confident and fluent with written and spoken English.
Previous Qualifying Supervisor role undertaken.
