Our client is a global ingredients manufacturer, a leader in their respective field and have a truly diverse and inclusive culture. They’re looking for a Quality Data administer to join their team who will be responsible for the coordination and administration of regional quality activities and providing support for the quality functions.



Key Accountabilities




  • Maintain and update quality data system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Control and maintenance of the quality information

  • Continual improvement of Quality KPI reports in line with requirements

  • Coordination and aadministration of all nonconformances and ensuring they are effectively and efficiently investigated and closed out.

  • Conduct evaluations and assessment of new suppliers and raw materials

  • Reviewing supplier documentation and certification to ensure compliance with quality standards



Personal profile




  • Organisation skills

  • Excellent eye for detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills and abilities in stakeholder management. 

  • Ability to present information in a rational, structured and concise manner.

  • Technical knowledge of quality systems/processes legislation with a high level of accuracy.
