We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Quality and Governance Partner to join our dynamic team.


Role Overview:
As a Quality and Governance Partner, you will support the company's Business, Quality, and Governance functions, ensuring compliance, organisational data management, and providing high-level assistance to the Board, CEO, and senior management. This role is integral to maintaining the highest standards of quality and governance across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:
Governance:

  • Provide proactive support to the CEO and Senior Management Team for overall company management and external liaison.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the Assistant Directors' (ADs) areas, providing internal and external liaison and administrative support.
  • Administer key meetings, including venue arrangements, agendas, and minute-taking.

Business and Quality:

  • Support the Directors and ADs with quality management initiatives, sharing best practices and influencing the organisation's quality culture.
  • Assist managers and staff teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of data management systems for contract and regulatory compliance.
  • Research and draft policies for internal and external governance as needed.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in governance, compliance, or quality management, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks.
