Role Overview:
As a Quality and Governance Partner, you will support the company's Business, Quality, and Governance functions, ensuring compliance, organisational data management, and providing high-level assistance to the Board, CEO, and senior management. This role is integral to maintaining the highest standards of quality and governance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Governance:
- Provide proactive support to the CEO and Senior Management Team for overall company management and external liaison.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the Assistant Directors' (ADs) areas, providing internal and external liaison and administrative support.
- Administer key meetings, including venue arrangements, agendas, and minute-taking.
Business and Quality:
- Support the Directors and ADs with quality management initiatives, sharing best practices and influencing the organisation's quality culture.
- Assist managers and staff teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and key performance indicators.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of data management systems for contract and regulatory compliance.
- Research and draft policies for internal and external governance as needed.

- Experience in governance, compliance, or quality management, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks.
