Job description

Salary: �26,000-�30,000, dependent on experience.
Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM-4:00 PM.

Role Overview
This predominantly office-based Quality Assurance role reports to the Quality Manager, working within a dynamic quality team. The primary focus will be supporting and enhancing QA processes to meet EN 9120 standards and customer expectations.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and updating QMS documentation and processes.
• Investigating and resolving non-conformances.
• Conducting contract reviews and supporting supply chain management.
• Handling a variety of other quality assurance-related tasks.
