Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust quality management systems.


• Conduct internal and supplier audits to assess quality performance.


• Investigate and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.


• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using tools like 8D, PFMEA, and PPAP.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality and efficiency.


• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications.


• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in aerospace quality assurance.


• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100, ISO 9001).


• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (RCCA, 8D, PFMEA, PPAP).


• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Engineering qualification.


• Internal audit qualifications.
