Educated Appointments are excited to be supporting a Cambridge based leading centre of learning and Ofsted rated GOOD provider to hire a Quality Assurance Lead to take charge of driving high standards across their�apprenticeship programmes.



Our client are a vibrant and innovative centre of learning with campuses in Cambridge and Huntingdon. With around 700 staff, 3,500 full-time students, and 4,500 apprentices, their campuses are bustling with energy and a commitment to high standards of education.



What You'll Do:




  • Lead the charge in�driving ongoing quality improvement�across our apprenticeship programmes.

  • Provide�overarching quality assurance�for full-time provisions, ensuring top-tier performance.

  • Inspire and manage a team, motivating them to achieve the best possible outcomes for every learner.

  • Analyse data�and produce detailed reports to support informed decision-making and drive impactful changes.



Who We're Looking For:




  • Proven experience in leading quality assurance�and�improvement initiatives.

  • A deep understanding of the�current apprenticeship system�and its evolving landscape.

  • Strong leadership and�people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

  • Excellent�report writing and data analysis�skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and drive action.
