Do you have quality assurance experience within industrial manufacturing? Are you looking for your next career move?
As our Quality Assurance Lead, you'll take ownership, set the standards and lead by example with a proactive approach to improving and implementing Quality Assurance processes whilst driving cultural and behavioural change.

37.5 hours per week | Mon Fri | 8:30am to 4:30pm | Greenham Business Park, Thatcham RG19 6HN

Your role as Quality Assurance Lead
Owning and leading the way in our quality assurance process youll:

Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure AS9100 compliance
Oversee audits, including external BSI, LRQA, ASTM, customer and supplier audits
Ensure timely resolution of non-conformances
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, waste, and risk
Support the Head of Engineering & Quality in fostering a Zero Defects culture
Conduct EHS audits and inspections, investigate incidents and apply corrective actions
Promote a safe and healthy workplace through training and awareness programs

About you
We are looking for:
Quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment AS9100, ISO9001/ENS ideal
Practical knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA and developing QMS
Experience in auditing, non-conformance investigation techniques
The ability to lead and influence and build a positive quality assurance culture
