As a Quality & Clinical Director, you'll be responsible for:

The ideal Quality & Clinical Director will have:

• Proven experience in a senior clinical leadership role.
• Nurse Qualified with Valid or Lapsed PIN
• Must have worked within the care home environment for Older Persons Nursing & Residential services at a senior level
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement clinical policies.
• Experience in driving quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
