About The Role To lead a team of Quality Compliance staff to assure compliance with the principles of GMP and the Pharma Services Pharmaceutical Quality System. This position will primarily be focused on Quality Systems, Quality Compliance and providing QA support to business projects. The Document Control team will also report into this position. About You To be successful in this role, were looking for you to have: A bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a scientific or pharmaceutical discipline Significant experience working within an established Quality System within the Pharmaceutical Industry Significant experience in leading a team of quality professionals Experience of solid oral dosage forms in development scale including clinical supply, and commercial scale manufacture Experience of all quality system aspects including: deviations, CAPA, complaint handling, auditing, change management, analysis, KPIs supplier qualification Effective communication skills Leadership skills Proven project management skills Proven ability to organise and plan work both independently and in conjunction with team members The following criteria would also be beneficial to your application, but are not essential: A higher degree (MSc or PhD) in a scientific or pharmaceutical discipline A qualified lead auditor Experience of regulatory audits (FDA, MHRA, EMEA etc) Experience of other pharmaceutical dosage forms Reward For the successful candidate, we offer an attractive benefits package which includes a competitive salary, an annual bonus, employer pension contributions, 34 days paid annual leave, healthcare benefits and much more.
