A principal contractor, in joint venture, are delivering a significant infrastructure project within the UK defence sector and is seeking qualified and experienced Quality Control Engineers across several key disciplines to ensure high standards in quality and compliance. This position will support the project through hands-on quality control, project support, and supply chain assessment, contributing to the timely and successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
Core Quality Control Duties
Provide accurate and timely quality control guidance to the project team.
Manage quality control functions for allocated sections, supporting the project and suppliers in producing Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs).
Assist with supply chain assessments and surveillance activities to meet ISO 9001 standards and client/regulator requirements, especially for First Level Safety Critical suppliers.
Support the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (SQAE) and effectively manage allocated quality-related staff and resources.
Discipline-Specific Responsibilities
Conduct patrol inspections and monitor quality assurance/control tasks aligned with your qualifications and specialisation.
Undertake additional duties related to your discipline as directed, contributing to overall quality objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in technical authoring, quality tools, and techniques.
Ability to conduct investigations, produce reports, and effectively solve quality-related problems.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience with civil engineering projects in defence or similarly secure environments.
Security Requirements:
Must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC) as per client requirements.
