Quality Control Team Leader
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Team Leader
Ideally with a strong background in Quality Assurance and control within the Manufacturing / Automotive industry
�15.00 per hour - weekly pay
Days Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm and Friday 8am to 2pm - plenty of overtime available
Based in Cannock
Experience of a Quality Control Team Leader
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, including ISO
- Excellent leadership and team management
- Mechanics / Electrical / Automotive experience is an advantage
- Strong problem solving skills
- Quality Control Software
- Used to Audits
- Continuous improvement
- Manufacturing and production
Responsibilities of a Quality Control Team Leader
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the quality control team
- Ensure all products meet the required quality standards before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Mentor and train quality control team members
- Develop corrective and preventative measures
- Conduct internal audits and documentation
