Are you a Quality Engineer looking for a clear training plan and progression route into a Quality Manager role?

My client is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team with the view to develop them into a Quality Manager. There would also be scope to be trained on health and safety for the right candidate. This company operate globally and are a leading supplier to the Automotive and Motorsport industries. They have a consistent track record of developing their staff through a mix of internal and external training.

This is a key role for the company's UK manufacturing division and will see you liaising with both internal manufacturing staff as well as several key clients for the business. You will play a key role in maintaining IATF 16949 as well as continuous improvement projects down the line.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking for a clear route to progress in their career into a Quality Manager position with further scope for development whilst working with some of the most prestigious names in automotive.

The Role:

* Maintenance of IATF 16949 standards

* Liaising with key clients and developing relationships

The Candidate:

* Previous experience working to IATF 16949 standards

* Previous experience in a Quality Engineer or similar position

* Commutable to Redditch
