Location: Washington

Salary: £38,000- £45,000 depending on experience/qualifications

Start date: ASAP

Shift/Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Day Shift

We're looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join a growing automotive manufacturing company on a permanent basis.

The role comes with lots of scope for progression within an innovative company.

If you have experience within a high-speed manufacturing environment this is the role for you!

The job will include:

• Lead continuous improvement activities for plant.


• Lead analysis and problem-solving activities (8D, 6-Sigma, etc.)


• Support site development and sustainment of QMS


• Establish and maintain customer and internal quality standards.


• Support warranty process


• Liaison with external parties as required.


• Provide regular feedback through daily, weekly, and monthly reviews.

What you will bring to the team:

• 7W / lean improvement experience


• Understanding of measurement methods / methodology


• Experience of build standard creation and the implementation/improvement of quality control systems


• Previous experience of leading and coaching teams
