Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our clients Quality Management System.

In this role, you will use a diverse toolkit of quality methods and techniques to drive excellence in both product and process quality.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting Quality Engineering activities independently and as a team member.
• Working in line with Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies.
• Identifying performance trends and non-conformances through data analysis.
• Making critical decisions to ensure effective defect management.
• Proposing and implementing robust solutions for improvement.
• Conducting audits, inspections, and tests accurately and timely.
• Providing clear and data-driven reporting of results and progress.
• Building effective relationships with team members, suppliers, and customers.
• Providing training support and overcoming barriers to quality improvement.

Experience Required:

• Qualifications: BTEC or equivalent level (Business/Engineering/Science) or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Quality Tools: Minimum of 3 years of experience with quality tools such as 8D investigations, FMEA, Measurement System Analysis, PPAP, and SPC.
• Industry Experience: Experience in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
