Quality inspector -

Futures manufacturing is looking to appoint a quality inspector to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Our client is a national business that supply products on a world-wide basis going through a period of growth. The ideal candidate is someone with a keen eye for detail who can look a product and visually inspect them to determine if they are fit for purpose and measured to the correct size specifically for the client.
Quality Inspector / Visual Inspection / Quality Engineer / Critical Environment /
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ability to understand and read drawings
Ability to visually inspect products
Experience working within a critical environment
Work with production line operators to improve standards of parts production
Implement root cause analysis strategies and other problem solving techniques
Identify opportunities for improvement
Be competent to use the Mitutoyo CMM and other inspection equipment.
Demonstrate strong communication skills particularly with the shop floor guys
Quality Inspector / Visual Inspection / Quality Engineer / Critical Environment /
Qualification and Experience:
Engineering or Manufacturing background
HND/HNC Qualification or equivalent
Experience of quality in a broad sense, with ISO experience, goods inspection and production line experience.
Problem solving experience in a quality department, with root cause analysis and 8d knowledge
