Delegated Quality Representative Inspector (Customer Eyes Inspection)
Salary:
Starting Salary: £31,314.00
After 12 weeks: £32,261.00
Moving up to MT6A After Training: £33,078.00

Titchfield site
Job Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a DQR inspector at our Titchfield site. The role involves performing source inspections and releasing product shipments on behalf of customers, ensuring their specific requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to a 5S approach.
Drive and sustain a commitment to continuous improvement, following company standards.
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, in line with company standards.
Provide inspection cover in other areas if required due to business demands.
Inspect and measure parts to ensure conformance to drawings and purchase order requirements, working within the parameters set by procedures and work instructions.
Support all departments with quality-related investigations upon request.
Conduct First Article reports and monitor the production of statistical process control data - preferred.
Assist in investigations into non-conformance when necessary.
Operate and co-ordinate measurement machines and/or specialized inspection equipment - preferred.
Read and interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
Maintain detailed records using Microsoft Excel & Word.
Learn to navigate customer portals and undergo external customer-specific training as required.
Liaise with customers when needed to support On-Time Delivery (OTD) and address any arising issues.
Requirements:
Aerospace industry experience is required.
Inspection experience would be advantageous
