Key Responsibilities of the Quality Control Inspector

• Perform inspections on electronic components and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards


• Conduct visual inspections and functional testing of products


• Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters to verify product specifications


• Record and document inspection results and communicate findings to relevant departments


• Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues


• Follow industry standards and company protocols to maintain quality assurance processes


• Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve product quality

Qualifications of Quality Control Inspector

• Experience in quality control, preferably in an electronics or manufacturing environment


• Familiarity with electronics testing equipment and measurement tools


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications


• Good written and verbal communication skills


• Knowledge of industry standards like ISO 9001 would be an advantage
