Job title

• Quality Inspector

What will this person be doing?

• Inspection of PCB assemblies, making sure they adhere to the IPC-A-610 Class 3 standard
• Inspection of box-build product and mechanical assemblies using customer drawings
• Issuing and signing off certificates of conformity
• Inspecting goods inward - PCBs, metal work, plastic parts
• Inspection and evaluation of returned products, also completing RMA submissions for customers
• Identifying and reporting significant product defects
• Audit product in accordance with defined build instructions and IPC-A-610 standard and ensure all deviations are clearly logged
• Compliance with the company Quality Standard and procedures

Essential Skills

• 2+ years exp. In a similar role
• Understanding Factory Logix (Aegis)
• Component knowledge and identification skills
• Ability to follow customer drawings
• ESD Awareness
• Experience compiling First Article
• Understanding and use of QMS system
