The Role Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Quality Lead - Apprenticeships & Work-Based Learning to drive continuous improvement across their apprenticeship and work-based learning provision. This role is vital in ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment , aligning with Ofsted, awarding body, and employer expectations . You will work closely with curriculum teams, assessors, and external stakeholders to implement robust quality assurance processes , enhance learner outcomes, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead on quality assurance and continuous improvement for apprenticeships and work-based learning programmes . Ensure compliance with Ofsted, ESFA, awarding bodies, and industry standards . Support and mentor assessors, tutors, and internal quality assurers (IQAs) to uphold high-quality assessment practices. Conduct quality audits, observations, and standardisation meetings , ensuring consistency in assessment and teaching. Monitor learner progress, retention, and achievement rates , implementing improvement strategies where needed. Work collaboratively with employers and external partners to align training with industry needs. Provide guidance on the effective use of e-portfolios, assessment methods, and feedback mechanisms . Lead on preparation for external inspections and audits , maintaining accurate documentation. Develop and implement policies that promote outstanding learning experiences for apprentices and work-based learners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
