Quality Management Systems & Supply Chain Manager
Kent (with some hybrid working available)

IMS, Supply Chain Manager Position. Reporting direct to the company owners, interfacing with a lot of the team (at all levels).
The Company:
Highly successful and privately owned construction company, has grown year on year since it was incorporated. Projects vary from �0.5m - �20m, turnover stands around �40m turnover, and plans are to grow to �60m - �100m business. Good time to join.
Predominantly working with leading blue-chip clients in various sectors including: Retail, Living, Logistics and Commercial.
Overview of the role:
�The company has a high-profile client base and due to the expansion of the business, it now needs to
�invest further in its quality management and supply chain management systems. It is therefore seeking a suitable highly motivated candidate who wishes to join a company that will value their role and contribution and offer future career opportunities.
�The candidate will ideally have experience working in a similar role in the construction industry.
�Maintaining the company's Quality systems and carrying out period checks and audits you
�will ensure the company's operations are carried out in accordance with policy and its ISO
�accreditation requirements.
�You will provide reports to senior management on compliance and provide any recommendations to improve its quality management processes and systems.
�The role will also involve managing the company's supply chain on-boarding and due diligence processes. This will involve engagement with suppliers and contractors to ensure their competency details are evaluated and checked for compliance with company policies.
Experience Profile & Qualifications:
�Ideally a relevant technical / administrative qualification.
�Working in a similar role in the construction industry for at least 2 years.
�Knowledge of ISO and general IMS/QMS systems. Additional training will be provided.
�Experience in maintaining information management systems and supporting quality
�processes in an ISO accredited environment.
�Ability to work to deadlines.
�Good planning and organisational skills.
�Excellent data management / IT skills. Including MS Word, excel, PowerPoint.
�Experience of SharePoint.
�Ideally has knowledge of IMS platforms such as SharePoint, Procure or similar. Training
�will be provided.
�Able to work under own initiative.
�Excellent communication skills and a good team worker.
