Quality Manager
As Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding and enhancing their reputation for delivering precision and quality. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining and improving the quality/business management systems (ISO9001 & IATF16949), ensuring that the products meet the customer requirements while adhering to industry regulations. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals who are equally passionate about delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage robust quality control processes and procedures across the business.
* Monitor and continuously improve the quality management system, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
* Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Provide leadership in driving a culture of quality, training staff on quality standards, and fostering a sense of accountability for product excellence.
* Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers, addressing quality-related concerns and ensuring alignment on quality expectations.
* Provide hands-on support in all aspects of quality from inspection to engineering and business management systems.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quality Manager within either the automotive or plastic injection moulding sectors
* Strong understanding of quality control procedures, standards, and regulations.
* Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
* Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions.
* Familiarity with relevant software tools and quality management systems.
* Relevant certifications and qualifications in quality management are a plus.
