p Rhino Recruitment is excited to partner with a major company in South Wales that is looking for a Quality Manager who monitors and validates the conformity of products/processes in production. The Quality Manager is the customer interface for quality matters and ensures that the Quality System is respected, coaching site managers to achieve customer satisfaction for quality. /p p b Main Responsibilities /b /p ul li Must have working experience with ISO9001. /li li Understanding and working with IATF16949 /li li Drive and support improvement and efficiency initiatives to reduce process variation, and reduce/eliminate the cause of defects /li li Analyze data utilizing statistical tools and techniques in support of rationale and sampling plans /li li Provide Quality support for Infrastructure changes /li li Support transfer activities including new equipment qualification /li li Provide support to Calibration, Metrology, and Preventative Maintenance Systems /li li Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions. /li li Responsible for audits /li li Responsible for reporting on the effectiveness and performance of the quality management systems /li li Manage Physical Indicators on site /li li Develop and coordinate the site Quality Improvement plan following guidelines from Business Unit and promote Quality Culture. /li li Implement and monitor QRQC in the site FULL TRAINING TO BE GIVEN /li li Manage quality network on site /li li Audit the Quality System periodically (internal and support of Customer Audit) /li li For modifications, ensure the respect of the 4M procedure. /li li Represent Customer within Sogefi on quality matters (communication/ escalation) /li li Manage incidents (Customer Line Returns Logistic) internally and with customer /li /ul p b Education & Qualifications /b /p ul li Either an Engineering/Manufacturing/Quality Degree /li li Proven experience at senior level, preferably in the automotive environment. /li /ul p b Functional knowledge and skills /b /p ul li Proven ability of managing quality tools and systems (eg PFMEA; Control Plant; SQA etc) /li li Strong experience of Process Improvement methodologies /li li Ability to interpret and understand complicated legislation and processes /li li Computer literate with good ability in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint /li li Good understanding of TS16949 Quality Systems /li li Working experience with ISO 9001 /li li Excellent communication skills at all levels including presentation skills, active listening etc /li li Be dedicated and self-directed /li li Ability to teach and influence others /li li Possess a positive customer service attitude /li /ul p br /p br p JBRP1_UKTJ /p
