JOB- Quality ManagerLOCATION- Ware, HertfordshireTERM- PermanentSALARY- £45,000 to £55,000 per annum (plus benefits)Premier Engineering is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our clients team in Ware, Hertfordshire. Our client is a well-established company in the manufacturing sector, and they are looking for a dedicated professional to lead their quality assurance and control processes.The Quality Manager will ideally have the following attributes:Proven experience as a Quality Manager within a manufacturing environmentRelevant qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (BEng, HND, CQI, etc.)Strong understanding of quality standards and regulations (ISO 9001, etc.)Excellent leadership and team management skillsProficiency with quality management systems and toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsThe Quality Manager role will involve:Leading and managing the quality assurance and control processes across the manufacturing siteDeveloping, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standardsConducting audits, inspections, and quality reviews to identify areas for improvementCollaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issuesManaging non-conformance reports (NCRs) and driving corrective and preventive actionsProviding training and support to staff on quality standards and proceduresPreparing quality reports and presenting findings to senior managementEnsuring customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standardsIf you are interested in this position, please apply with an up-to-date CV as soon as possible, including your availability and salary expectations.JBRP1_UKTJ
