A key client of mine is looking for a hands-on Quality Manager to join their growing business in Hertfordshire. This role would suit a strong Quality Engineer looking to make the step into management.

Requirements:

• 3+ Years in quality engineering
• Customer focused mind set
• Manufacturing environment experience is essential
• IATF16949 experience

Duties:

• Liaise with customers processing complaints and queries
• Data analysis of customer issues and driving improvements
• Supplier & Internal development
• Production support
