Description

• Develop and implement quality control procedures.
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure quality in production.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Analyse customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide training and support to the Quality team.
• Report quality issues to senior management.

Profile

A successful Quality Manager should have:

• Comprehensive knowledge of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
• Experience with HACCP
• Food Safety
• Internal Audit Experience
• Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and conducting audits.
• Experience in the FMCG sector, particularly within Engineering & Manufacturing.
