Quality Manager

We are hiring an experienced QSE Manager to take full ownership of our Quality Assurance , Health & Safety , and Environmental compliance functions. This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to shape a strong quality culture and drive continuous improvement across the business.

Your Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
Manage and develop a small QA team
Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Quality Management Systems
Oversee quality control processes including inspections and evaluations
Coordinate 8D corrective actions with engineering support
Lead document control and internal MRB meetings
Manage internal and external audits, including change control systems
Track product performance data and warranty trends
Represent the company in quality matters with customers and suppliers
Report on quality targets to senior leadership
Health, Safety & Environmental
Lead the Environmental Management Programme in line with ISO 14001
Ensure H&S and environmental compliance across the business
Promote sustainable practices and compliance with waste and emissions legislation
What Were Looking For
QMS certifications or significant ISO 9001/14001 experience Essential
IOSH Managing Safely Essential
NEBOSH qualification Desirable
Experience in a manufacturing/QSE role, ideally within scientific equipment or precision manufacturing
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
Audit and team management experience highly desirable
