Quality Check Operative

GPS Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a market leading Manufacturing company, site based in Rotherham for a Manufacturing operative to complete all quality checks on products from the production line. This will include inputting information on the company PC system.

Key responsibilities:

• Verifying the quality of manufactured product.


• Inspecting bought out product against purchase specifications / drawings / samples.

As part of the role you may be required to perform other duties from time to time, as described by your immediate line manager.� Full training will be given to the successful candidate.

You must be:

• Able to establish close working relationships with internal departments.


• Able to use your initiative and manage your own workload in order to ensure that all deadlines are achieved.


• Able to work under pressure.


• Self-motivated and willing to work as part of a dynamic team.


• Computer literate.

You will also have:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate confidently with people at all levels.


• Excellent organisational, written and numerical skills.
