Quality Process Engineer

Involve Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturing company in the West Midlands is seeking a Quality Process Engineer to drive continuous product quality improvement and support process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities.


• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) teams to resolve quality issues.


• Implement and audit process controls.


• Manage internal and external rejects, including scrap and customer returns.


• Create and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs.

Essential Skills:

• Knowledge of quality systems and standards 


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting.
