Our client a well established Manufacturing Organisation with sites across the UK are seeking a Quality Team Leader to join their business based in Brierley on a Permanent basis.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Team leader with Health and Safety experience to join our client's team in the steel industry. Our client is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for their employees and ensuring compliance with quality and environmental standards.
The role will be Quality & H&S. The person will be expected to run and maintain Both ISO 9001, (phone number removed). Be able to carry out route cause analysis and respond to both Internal and external N.C.R s. Carryout continues improvement plans, While making sure we are compliant to all relevant regulations. Supervise Customer and internal audits. Maintaining all relevant paperwork, ready for submission.
Compliance Maintaining records, training matrix, accident investigations.
Mission
Manage the day to day routine and emerging work through the Quality team using established processes and procedures to perform checks and support the improvement of the company's product quality to the highest Environmental, Health and Safety standards.
Working closely with group for standardisation in the depot responsibility.
Accountabilities
Investigate customer complaints
Coordinate with key stakeholders to resolve customer complaints
Maintain compliance records
Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of functional professionals or other professionals to ensure that the plant meets its established targets and standards
Miscellaneous or ad hoc business requirements
Technical Competencies
ARMA, Word, Outlook, PDIS, Therefore, Powerpoing, CRM
