� Review drawings and program dimensional requirements to Inspection software. Work closely with Design and Technical teams to drive improvements where required.

� Conduct first off inspection of in-house manufacturing activities.

� Assist the Quality Inspectors in inspection activities during peak period.

� Document inspection results in the company`s ERP system and other platforms in accordance with internal procedures.

� Benchmark requirements of visual appearance; create, review and update work instructions for inspection including acceptance standards. Carry out toolbox talks to key stakeholder to increase awareness.

� Carry out capability studies of suppliers and internal departments to ensure components and goods are consistently meeting specifications. Prepare reports to communicate results to key stakeholders.

� Support Supplier Quality Management activities including data management, quality performance assessment and reporting, auditing, etc.

� Support the Quality Engineer in investigation and problem solving of non-conformities.

� Monitor new releases of external standards, and the expiry & renewal date of certifications used within the business. Ensure document management requirements are followed, create or update instructions, flows and forms as required to support internal departments.

� Participate in continuous improvement activities.

� Conduct internal audits in accordance with internal audit programme.

� Conduct in-house verification of measuring equipment e.g.: vernier callipers, angle rules, etc.

� Arrange external calibration of scales and accompany representative on site.

� Collect and analyse data of quality processes and prepare reports.

� Any other duties as required by your Line Manager.
