An extremely talented and motivated individual is sought after, in order to collaborate with a team that is competitive in the global financial markets.As a Quantitative Developer TCA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) framework, enabling their traders to optimize execution performance and minimize costs. You will collaborate closely with the quantitative research team, traders, and technology stakeholders to develop sophisticated tools and analytics that provide actionable insights into execution quality.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain TCA analytics and tools to assess and optimize trade execution performance across various asset classes.Implement statistical models and algorithms to analyze transaction costs, market impact, and liquidity dynamics.Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to identify areas for improvement in execution strategies and workflows.Work closely with technology teams to integrate TCA analytics into trading platforms and systems.Conduct research on market microstructure and execution methodologies to stay abreast of industry developments and best practices.Provide quantitative expertise and support to traders and portfolio managers on execution-related matters.Qualifications:Proven experience in a quantitative development or TCA role within a hedge fund or a investment bank.Familiarity with financial markets, trading concepts, and transaction cost analysis.Strong experience working with Python or MATLAB.Proficiency in quantitative analysis, statistics, and data modeling.Experience working with large datasets and databases.Excellent opportunity with a high-performing trading team rewarding package on offer with high growth career progression.
