Quantity Surveyor/Engineer

Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor (Company van and fuel card provided). Salary: Negotiable based on experience Location: Enniskillen, Northern Ireland A medium-sized civil engineering company with 25 years of expertise in civil engineering and directional drilling is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor/Engineer with a construction background. Duties & Responsibilities: Taking levels. Keeping accurate records of labour, materials, and other expenses. Ordering and recording materials. Measuring up, noting any design changes and their effect on cost. Entering all projected costs and material estimates. Conducting site visits throughout projects to check work progress and maintain records. Providing support and input for tenders and bids. Essential Criteria: Construction qualification in quantity surveying/engineering. Minimum 2 years proven experience within construction. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel. Excellent communication skills. Full clean driving licence. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desirable: Experience in watermains, civils, or utilities. Considerations: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm with an early finish on the last Friday of the month. Office and site-based work. Company van and fuel card provided. Laptop and mobile phone provided.
