Are you a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator, with a background in Construction looking for a varied, critical role where you will have the autonomy to oversee end-to-end Commercial projects with a varied client base based around Stoke, in a role offering a bonus where you will work closely with the Directorship team?

This company has been established for about 15 years and has grown to nearly 100 permanent employees, providing construction and refurbishment solutions to a range of clients, including Schools, local authorities, housing, hospitals and other commercial projects. Now they are looking to expand their team with a Quantity Surveyor.

This varied role would see you joining their team to assist with Project Management, liaising with clients, site managers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery of each job. You would be responsible for pricing projects, tendering and procurement of materials and subcontractors for each project, with site visits every few weeks, facilitated by your company car.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator or similar, with a background in construction looking for an autonomous and varied role, where you will take responsibility for overall projects based in their Stoke office.

The Role:

• Responsibility for end-to-end projects.
• Pricing projects, procurement of materials and subcontractors, and tendering.
• Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
• Covering sites around Stoke

The Person:

• Quantity Surveyor.
• Background in Residential Construction.
• Commutable to Stoke.
