One of our key clients are currently looking for an Estimator to join their rapidly expanding team based in Bracknell. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within commercial fit outs.

Job Description

• Carrying out all estimating company wide for both Maintenance and Projects division, ranging for �1k - �1million
• Analyse and evaluate project specifications and drawings
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate cost planning
• Monitor project progress and provide regular cost reports and valuations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions
• Carrying out site visits, surveys and take offs

Ideally/Must have

• Commercial construction knowledge with fit outs
• Strong knowledge of cost control principles and techniques
• Excellent analytic and numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Microsoft outlook and excel experience

Package

• �40 - �60k per year depending on experience
• Office based from Bracknell office
• Company vehicle and fuel card
• Pension
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays - additional day per year service after first two years
• Statutory sick pay
