Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out

Position: Quantity Surveyor Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum Location: Near Limavady, Northern Ireland Company: Interior Fit-Out Specialist/Drylining Working hours: Office based, Mon-Thurs 8.30-5.00pm, Friday 8.30-3,00pm As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all cost-related aspects of our interior fit-out projects. You will work closely with our project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with site teams and senior QS on various projects between NI/ ROI Completion and submission of tenders and follow up on these Working with subcontractors Work with suppliers for material costing agreeing prices/ carry out take offs for material procurement Take off quantities Preparation and submission of interim valuations Carrying out measures on site for subcontractors And any other requirements needed Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management techniques. Proficient in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
