Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks - London

I am currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyors for a main contractor based in the London area to work on & be the lead surveyor for the groundwork's division in which they build within new build commercial and mixed use projects ranging in value from �5 to �30 million.

Key duties will be -

- Managing groundwork's, drainage & frame packages

- Negotiating and producing subcontract orders, valuations, and payments

- Measuring site works for valuations and subcontract payments

- Producing weekly & monthly cost reports

You will be working alongside the Operational & Pre Construction leads and will be able to work from the office & site.

My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary plus a benefits package including car allowance, travel and pension with the position looking to start ASAP but the client is happy to wait if the candidate has a notice period.
