Your Role as a Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Manage costs for groundworks and new build housing projects to ensure profitability.
• Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to negotiate terms and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor project progress, analysing variances and providing accurate reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, contracts, and regulations.
• Work closely with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
