Quantity Surveyor - High End Resi Developer, Surrey Based

Quantity Surveyor�to join a luxury residential developer�working on a variety of high end residential new builds in the Surrey area.

Initially you'll be working on two projects, both new build developments, one of 4 houses, one of 8 houses, construction values of��5m and �3m respectively.

• Typical projects land in the �1-5m construction value, with GDV of �5-15m.


• Anything from a one off house to a development of 4-12 luxury homes.


• Working out of the office in Reigate, visiting site when required.

Previous experience working for a small to medium sized high end�residential developer is beneficial.

Salary in the region of �60,000 - �70,000 depending on experience.
