Are you a talented Quantity Surveyor ready to take your career to new heights?

We're seeking a dynamic Quantity Surveyor to join our innovative consultancy near Gloucester. You'll be working on a diverse range of exciting projects, from £500k to over £5m, from inception to completion.

What you'll do:

• Project Mastery: Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they're delivered on time and within budget.
• Pre & Post-Contract Expertise: Handle everything from cost planning and procurement to contract administration and final accounts.
• Contract Ninja: Masterfully manage and administer contracts to ensure compliance and project success.
• Stakeholder Synergy: Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other key players.
• Financial Wizardry: Develop and manage project budgets, providing accurate financial insights.

What you'll need:

• PQS Prowess: Proven experience in Professional Quantity Surveying with a track record of delivering exceptional results.
• Pre & Post-Contract Know-How: A deep understanding of pre and post-contractual duties.
• JCT and NEC Mastery: A strong grasp of JCT and NEC/NEC3 contracts.
• Driving License: A full UK driving license.
• Relevant Qualifications: A Quantity Surveying degree from a recognized institution.
