Trinity Business Support are working with a family run business in Carlisle. Due to continued growth, they have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their award-winning company.
Working with the Commercial Manager this role will be responsible for the delivery of a professional and high-quality QS service for painting contracts.
Key duties of the role will include:
* Managing costs
* Client negotiation & communication
* Site visits
* Reporting
* Maintenance of contract information
* A background of working either within the Painting or Construction industry.
Applicants must be customer-focused with great organisational and teamwork skills
