Role Overview:�As an�Estimator/Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring accurate cost estimation and effective project management for scaffolding projects. Your expertise in the scaffolding sector will be essential for successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate material quantities, costs, labor, and time for scaffolding projects.


• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.


• Provide accurate cost assessments and manage project budgets.


• Utilize your scaffolding experience to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor within the scaffolding industry.


• Solid understanding of scaffolding systems, materials, and work processes.


• Strong analytical skills for precise project cost assessment.


• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying or related field.
