Job Title: Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation: Salford & Northwest Contract: Full Time, Permanent RoleSalary & Package: Very Competitive Senior Quantity Surveyors, come and join my clients commercial team! Projects on average will range between 10 - 50 million across the following sectors: Leisure, Defence, Education, Healthcare and Commercial. Duties and responsibilities:Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project deliveryWorking alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectorsManaging the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreementBeing involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcomeManage junior Surveyors Experience: Main contractor experience as the SQS with a regional / national contractor Experience of different contract forms Experience on projects ranging between 10m to 50mExperience in establishing, managing and leading a large project teamInterested in the opportunity above?Please contact Sam from the Brighton office today.
