Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.

The need now exists for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or a strong Quantity Surveyor (looking to take the next step up) to commercially lead a project in Wandsworth, South West London.

The development consists of 150 units, mixture of RC Frame and Traditional build, total value �60m. You will have an Assistant QS reporting into you with the position reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager.

Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on commercially leading RC frame developments in excess of �50m.

In return our client is offering a basic salary between �70k - �90k (depending on experience) + full package and bonus system on top.
