Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with one of our Developer clients in Kent. Our client is a housebuilder focused on delivering developments across the UK.

About the role:

• You will need experience in managing the subcontractor packages / payments.


• You will need experience in procurement for traditional new build housing


• You will need leadership qualities as you will be the lead on 2 sites
