Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to join the premier steel manufacturing and engineering organisation in Norfolk, where you will add direct value through the effective management of contractual and commercial aspects of many projects from �45k to �2million?

Do you want to work for a family orientated company who will value your QS experience, enthusiasm and accuracy to deliver market leading steel structural solutions and steel-framed buildings to leading Industrial, Commercial and Agricultural clients within East Anglia.

On offer is a role with a Norfolk based manufacturer, specialising in steel structures and steel framed buildings for agricultural, commercial & industrial use across East Anglia.

The company boast extensive in-house production facilities, a family orientated atmosphere and supportive environment based on teamwork, experience and quality which means they attract the premier clients of East Anglia and are the "go to" choice in the region.

You will be part of an organisation at the top of their game -and be responsible for Quantity Surveying as part of a large team delivering bespoke structural steel solutions within the Norwich office with occasional visits to site.

The role:

• Quantity Surveying (Steel Structural Buildings)
• Complete Variations
• Negotiate
• Read Contracts
• Check Warranties
• Site Visits
• Identify and maximise commercial opportunities for the organisation

The person:

• Quantity Surveyor - either qualified or time served ideally
• Commerically aware
• Good negotiating skills
• Contract experience
